The Royal Automobile Club Historic Awards Dinner takes place on Thursday 21 November 2024 at the Royal Automobile Club, Pall Mall, London.
As well as announcing the winners of the eight Award categories, the Royal Automobile Club will also announce this year's recipient of its Lifetime Achievement Award
The evening will be hosted by Lee McKenzie. Lee is best known for her work in Formula 1, presenting and interviewing the drivers for Channel 4 and previously for the BBC. Her debut book Inside F1 was published in 2022, focusing on the careers of 7 F1 drivers, using her personal insights and interviews to tell their stories.
Lee presents several other sports from the Rugby World Cup for ITV, to the 6 Nations, Wimbledon, Olympics and the Paralympics. As a news journalist, Lee covered the Lockerbie Trial, General Elections and the opening of the Scottish Parliament. She was the first female recipient of the Jim Clark award and has co-driven in many rallies, from Mountain Rally Norway to Rally GB.
The Awards Dinner will be held in the magnificent Mountbatten Room at the Royal Automobile Club, 89-91 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5HS.
Tickets for this black tie event, which are available to book now and include a three-course dinner with wines, cost £176.50 for Royal Automobile Club members and £198 for non-members.
